Competition or Event Package
If you are training for an event, whether this is as competitive athlete, for fun or raising money for charity I have an essential package for you. It doesn't matter if you are training for a marathon, triathlon, cycle ride or charity walk you can book this bespoke package.
The essential 3 treatment package
Two of the treatments should be booked prior to the event and the third should be booked after the event to help you recover. This package should help to get rid of any niggles picked up though training and hopefully treat any issues before they become a problem.
This package costs £135.

This will involve an initial consultation and treatment. We can discuss your event and plan in the 2nd and 3rd treatments.

Follow up treatment usually a couple of days before the event.

A post event treatment to be booked as soon after the event as possible.
