  • Client treatment details and personal information will not be discussed with any third party without prior consent of the client.

  • Consultation forms and treatment notes will be kept on file, securely by Peter Mercer Soft Tissue Therapy in line with GDPR regulations.

  • All clients must complete a consultation form prior to receiving a treatment and by signing the consultation form, clients are giving Peter Mercer Soft Tissue Therapy permission to hold records and data about them.

  • Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Vulnerable adults must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • The adult must give permission for the treatment to be performed.

  • The adult or guardian must co-sign the client’s consultation form.

  • The adult must be present in the room throughout the treatment.
